Breakeven59 (Pty) Ltd has been in operation since 2002. We have trained more than 12 000 participants within the Public and Private Sectors to date.
We have conducted training interventions with the following Public Sector entities; GPSSBC; PSHDBC; PSCBC; SASSA, the Department of Rural Development and Labour Reform; W&RSeta; Adcock Ingram; CATHSSeta; LGSeta; Sun International, and the NBCRFLI.
The above training interventions have focused on HR ER practitioners and shop stewards in the area of Disciplinary hearings, Conflict management, Negotiation skills and Labour Relations. We have also trained shop stewards on a Trade Union Practice qualification and Labour Relations Skills Programmes.

The aim of the courses is to develop the competencies required to apply sound educational practices in an Outcomes-based education and training environment, either to complement that which was learned during the older teacher education qualifications or from scratch for those who have no formal teacher training. There are a range of options, depending on previous experience and expertise.
